At SupplyForge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We ask that you include all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product.
Some items cannot be returned. These include products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way, items marked as final sale or clearance, and products with missing or damaged original packaging. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out and we’ll let you know.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@thesupplyforge.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to send the item back.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return. SupplyForge is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesupplyforge.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to get it resolved quickly, whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
