We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. After that, USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 5 days for the continental US. We also have expedited and overnight options at checkout. International orders are typically 7 to 14 business days, but customs can slow things down.
Yep. Orders over $99 ship free in the continental US via USPS Priority. Under $99, it's a flat $9.95. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping gets calculated at checkout based on weight.
You've got 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items in the original packaging. Just email support@thesupplyforge.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders). Refunds go through within 3 to 5 business days after we get the item back. Heads up: custom orders, chemicals, and battery assortments are final sale.
For sure. If you need a different size or product, let us know within 30 days. We'll swap it out at no extra shipping cost for domestic orders. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference. If it costs less, we refund it.
We do. We ship to most countries through USPS International and DHL. Rates show up at checkout. One thing to know: you're on the hook for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees your country charges. We can't control those or any delays customs might cause.
