Shipping
How we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Processing time
Most orders leave our warehouses within one to two business days. Larger orders and items shipping direct from a brand can take a little longer — if yours will, we tell you when we confirm the order rather than leaving you guessing.
Free US shipping on orders over $99. Below that, standard US shipping is a flat $7.95.

Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for three business days, email info@thesupplyforge.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Rates are quoted on your order confirmation based on weight and destination.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility. We can't predict or control them, and they are not included in the shipping price.
Damaged or missing shipments
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before unpacking further and email us the same day. If tracking says delivered and the package isn't there, tell us within seven days so we can open a carrier claim in time.
