By using thesupplyforge.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when they last changed.

You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order. We may decline or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent, and we may limit order quantities.

We work to keep product information and prices accurate, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or availability error on your order we will contact you before taking payment — we will never quietly change the price you agreed to.

Product photography represents the item as accurately as we can. Colors can vary between screens, and availability can change without notice.

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. Card checkout is not yet live: orders are submitted by email and we confirm stock, shipping cost, and payment with you within one business day before anything is charged. Nothing is charged automatically at the moment you submit.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund it in full.

We ship most orders within one to two business days. Delivery time depends on the service selected. Once a package is with the carrier, carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help you chase it. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders, chemicals, and opened consumables are final sale. Full detail is on our returns page.

We sell products sourced through authorized channels, and they carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms; we will help you open the claim.

The text, design, and layout of this site belong to SupplyForge LLC. Brand names, logos, and product photography belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Nothing here may be copied or redistributed without written permission.

We sell tools, equipment, and consumer goods. We are not liable for how they are used. Our total liability on any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
