Returns

30-day return window. If it's unused and in the original packaging, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Here's how:

1. Email info@thesupplyforge.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders)
3. Ship the item back to us
4. We process refunds within 3 to 5 business days after we get the item

Need a different size or product? Let us know within 30 days and we'll swap it out. One exchange per order, no extra shipping cost for US orders. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference; if it costs less, we refund it.
